The Louis Comfort Tiffany Chronology is a timeline of the accomplishments and personal development of American artist and designer Louis Comfort Tiffany and an ongoing research project of The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art. Public access to the Chronology is provided as a service of the Morse Museum.

The Tiffany Chronology is protected by applicable laws and regulations of the United States and other countries, including copyright laws. In addition to the Terms of Use/Copyright for morsemuseum.org, the following additional terms and restrictions apply to the Tiffany Chronology.

You may use the Tiffany Chronology as follows:
You may browse the Chronology database and print or download specific pages or entries for individual, non-commercial, research, or educational purposes only, as set forth below.

You may use information from the Chronology in course materials for classroom teaching activities, including limited print or electronic reproduction for the students in the class, subject to the limitations set forth below.

When reproducing one or more entries from the Chronology in accordance with the requirements set forth herein, you must include all citations and credits related to the entry/entries, including the copyright notice.

Permission to print, copy, or otherwise reproduce portions of the Tiffany Chronology for individual, non-commercial, research, or educational purposes is strictly limited to the user’s own academic research or classroom use, and distribution is limited to members of the user’s class for whose educational use portions of the Chronology are used. Copying, any other reproduction in any media now known or hereafter devised, and distribution for commercial or profit purposes is prohibited at all times. In particular, copying any portion of the Tiffany Chronology to a CD-ROM, or posting to a different Web site, is prohibited.

Any user who provides information or commentary to the Tiffany Chronology thereby grants The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art and the Charles Hosmer Morse Foundation, Inc. the unlimited right and permission to use or license for use such information or commentary, including textual, pictorial, and graphic elements, for any purpose, including commercial uses, without requirement for further permission or payment. The user acknowledges that The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art cannot control and is not responsible for the actions of other users of the Tiffany Chronology with respect to information or commentary provided to the Tiffany Chronology.
